N.J. town to set barking dog time limit

It seems like everyday I either watch or read another crazy story from my home state of New Jersey. Today is not very different at all. It looks like the good people of Clifton, NJ are not very pleased with some of their neighbors dogs barking for long periods of time. Later on this month the Clifton city council is going to introduce an ordinance setting a limit on how long a dog is allowed to bark. It's being reported that, "Noisy canines will be defined as those that bark for more than 30 minutes on two consecutive days." Next thing you know neighborhoods will be creating Dog Watch groups to work along side the Neighborhood Crime Watch groups. This is a hilarious article. Check it out here.
